Architect John Latenser, Sr. adorned the seven-story red brick building, completed in 1911, with brick pilasters to emphasize the vertical of the seven-story structure. Terracotta detailing was then used to ornament the base and cornice.

History
The Keeline Building was built in 1911 as luxury office and retail to accommodate the growing downtown and the newly constructed Courthouse across the street. The seven-story building continues to serve the central business district. It was renovated in 2023 modernizing the offices on floors 2-6 and improving the curb appeal of the retail level..
