History

The Keeline Building was built in 1911 as luxury office and retail to accommodate the growing downtown and the newly constructed Courthouse across the street. The seven-story building continues to serve the central business district. It was renovated in 2023 modernizing the offices on floors 2-6 and improving the curb appeal of the retail level.
